12/24/15 Christmas Eve

The original plan was to go to Center City
to a Chinese Restaurant but Michael really did
not want to & heard NEKTAR was open.
I needed to see my customer so off to
New Hope we went!

Christmas Eve dinner with a Flight of Wine

Wanted to give Nick the owner a Surprise Gift.
He’s Greek so I knew he would love this.

Octopus appetizer was TASTY!

mango, aged balsamic, Arugula

Portabella Fries with Dipping sauce.

Loved this!

Christmas Eve Special (mmmm)

Lobster & Caviar:

South African Lobster tail poached in Champagne nage

with fresh pasta in Champagne butter sauce with paddlefish caviar.

dessert was Creme Brule with a flight of
Japanese Whiskey

Bourbon Crème Bruleé

Torched superfine sugar, strawberry, mint
